  18. This license applies to the standard-licensed version of CleanMyPC - Registry 
  19. Cleaner (the product). If you have an evaluation version of the product, see 
  20. the section titled <a href="#CleanMyPC - Registry Cleaner Evaluation License">CleanMyPC - Registry Cleaner Evaluation License</a>.<br>

  23. installing or distributing the product. Unless you have a different license 
  24. agreement signed by CleanMyPC Software, your use, distribution, or installation

  27. The terms and conditions of this License describe the permitted use and user(s) 
  28. of each Licensed Copy of the product. For purposes of this License, if you have 
  29. a valid single-copy license, you have the right to use a single "Licensed Copy" 
  30. of the product; if you or your organization has a valid multi-user license, 
  31. then you or your organization have/has the right to use up to a number of 
  32. "Licensed Copies" of the product equal to the number of copies indicated in the 
  33. documents issued by CleanMyPC Software when granting the license.<br>

  38. Each Licensed Copy of the product may either be used by a single person who 
  39. uses the product personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single 
  40. workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not 
  41. a concurrent use license.<br>

  43. Each Licensed Copy may be accessed through a network, provided that you have 
  44. purchased rights to use a Licensed Copy for each workstation that will access 
  45. the product through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will 
  46. access the product on the network, you must purchase rights to use 8 Licensed 
  47. Copies of the product, regardless of whether the 8 workstations will access the 
  48. product at different times or concurrently.<br>

  50. All rights of any kind in the product which are not expressly granted in this 
  51. License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by CleanMyPC Software. You 
  52. may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, 
  53. disassemble, or create derivative works based on the product. <br>

  55. <i>Warranty Disclaimers and Liability Limitations<br>

  58. CleanMyPC - Registry Cleaner, and any and all accompanying software, files, data 
  59. and materials, are distributed and provided "AS IS" and with no warranties of 
  60. any kind, whether express or implied. You acknowledge that good data processing 
  61. procedure dictates that any program, including the product, must be thoroughly 
  62. tested with non-critical data before you rely on it, and you hereby assume the 
  63. entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an 
  64. essential part of this License. Any liability of CleanMyPC Software will be 
  65. limited exclusively to refund of purchase price, if any. <br>

  68. product in applications or systems where the product's failure to perform can 
  69. reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of

  104. Unregistered use of the product after the 15-day evaluation period is in

  107. You may, without making any payment to CleanMyPC Software:<br>

  109. a) give exact copies of this evaluation version of the product personally to 
  110. anyone, except for the purpose of extending their 15-day evaluation period;<br>
  111. b) distribute exact copies of this evaluation version of the product, if done 
  112. exclusively through electronic channels;<br>
  113. c) make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of the product as you 
  114. wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.<br>

  116. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any
